PSD Photoshop Users
- Download the PSD template for your chosen artwork.
- Open the template in Photoshop. Don't make any changes at all to the artboard or other settings.
- Design into the layer provided for your design.
- When you are done, click the eye icon to each template layer to switch them off. Now flatten the artwork (Layers > Flatten Artwork).
- Save your artwork in native .psd format (we support up to version CS5 - or if using Adobe CC please double check that you did remember to flatten your artwork and save with Maximum Compatibility checked if available).
AIIllustrator Users
- Download the AI template for your chosen artwork.
- Open the template in Illustrator. Don't make any changes at all to the artboard or other settings.
- Design into the layer provided for your design.
When you are done, click the eye icon to each template layer to switch them off. Now convert all fonts to outlines (Edit > Select All then Type > Create Outlines). Don't used linked fonts or images. Embed all images. - Save your artwork in native .ai format (we support up to version CS5 - or if using Adobe CC please double check that you did remember to flatten your artwork and save with Maximum Compatibility checked if available).
PDFEveryone Else
- Download the PDF template for your chosen artwork.
- Don't forget we accept only CMYK files - basic design software that only works in RGB is not suitable for print design.
- If using raster software set the resolution as 300dpi.
- Make sure all template guidelines are switch off or deleted before saving your finished artwork.
- Save your artwork in PDF format. Make sure images are not JPG compressed (ZIP compression is OK).
